Paul created Kensington Harper Management Systems in 2015 having previously worked for a certification body auditing for the ISO 9001,14001,27001,45001.
Gaining much of his knowledge from industry involvement including having worked within top management at a manufacturing facility. Roles included the introduction of a lean manufacturing process to develop and improve the process efficiency and quality thus improving profitability, staff retention and product conformity for the business.

Ryan
Ryan has worked with Kensington Harper Management Systems periodically since 2015 originally employed as an administration and marketing assistant. Since late 2022 Ryan has joined the team full time and has completed various qualifications seen below including External Lead Auditor for ISO9001&14001.
Ryans expertise is based mainly from the Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management industry with a formal education in business management. Before becoming full time at Kensington Harper Management Systems, Ryan has worked across well known attractions within the visitor attraction industry including:
Ride operations assessor
Responsible for ensuring staff compliance alongside providing operational audits of staff ability and conformity to set procedures. The role included working alongside engineering to resolve mechanical and electrical issues while making improvements to improve customer and staff satisfaction and safety.
Assistant leisure retail manager
Organising a team of staff to ensure positions are rotated to reduce complacency and covered in line with business requirements. Ensuring stock control and traceability, working with top management to maintain staff welfare and wellbeing.

Stephanie
Stephanie joined Kensington Harper Management Services in 2015 after multiple years in the private care and wellbeing sectors. Originally joining as part of the business as a wellbeing provider and having previously worked within the above industries Stephanie brings knowledge into the business regarding staff welfare and has proven to be an asset for managing employee requirements.
